They responded well on time the following day after I’ve requested for a quote. Online communication was great, they arrived on time on the day of the move. Loading went well. Things started going off when they stopped to get refreshments without asking if it was fine with me. It started raining and guess what? The cover was underneath the furniture, my mattress and other furniture items got rained on!! I reported this to their office, the response I got was “ok”.. imagine. Not to mention they took the wrong off ramps even though the navigator was on. The truck needs an upgrade, it doesn’t drive smoothly and it was dirty inside.
