1st the company gave to me another company, the initial driver was stopped by traffic officials and did not have a license or permit to operate just a passport reported it to the person that gave me the quote Prosper. The second person drove to Pretoria they could barely drive we drove an average of 55 kilometers per hour, on a national road. Lastly when we got to Pretoria near the destination two boxes flew out of the workhorse while the vehicle was turning. As I was unpacking 4 coffee mugs and 3 plates were broken (wrapped in bubble wrap) that's the nightmare.

The service was satisfactory.

The services and prices were top tier. The booking process was seamless.

I used these guys to relocate my stuff from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth. They came to collect my things on the 26th of May. They delivered them on the 30th but a suitcase was missing. I have been following up for 2 weeks now. No communication on when they will give me my suitcase, I've been receiving vague answers which makes me doubt I'll even get my suitcase back

What an absolute pleasure to have work with Royal Shift Logistics! They kept to all promises, was punctual (early actually), handled all our belongings with care, communicated well and the efficiency was top notch. A blessing during a move!

Robert responded promptly He send a customised quotation. The moving guys did a wonderful job, they just started quite late and we only finished the storing at 5pm

Truck arrived at 12h30 instead on 09h00 on moving day. Not the correct size truck and had no trailer for garden pots and furniture as requested. Quote was R3900 for truck and R750 for Trailer. Paid R5500 at 11pm when last load was completed. Exhausted. The driver and assistant were friendly and hard working. However they were not informed properly and were not well prepared. Also, found it both strange and intimidating that i was whatsapp'd to do the eft and show the driver and assistant before they leave my premises at 11pm! I has to hire an additional bakkie the following day and pay an extra R1000 for my garden pots to be removed! An absolute horrid experience and an extra day of running around and organizing what should've been done the day before. Never ever again.
