Robert responded promptly He send a customised quotation. The moving guys did a wonderful job, they just started quite late and we only finished the storing at 5pm
“bad move”
Truck arrived at 12h30 instead on 09h00 on moving day. Not the correct size truck and had no trailer for garden pots and furniture as requested. Quote was R3900 for truck and R750 for Trailer. Paid R5500 at 11pm when last load was completed. Exhausted. The driver and assistant were friendly and hard working. However they were not informed properly and were not well prepared. Also, found it both strange and intimidating that i was whatsapp'd to do the eft and show the driver and assistant before they leave my premises at 11pm! I has to hire an additional bakkie the following day and pay an extra R1000 for my garden pots to be removed! An absolute horrid experience and an extra day of running around and organizing what should've been done the day before. Never ever again.
“The worst removal company”
The company charged me R3300 and said I will pay after offloading.They said they bring blankets to protect my furniture from scratches and damage.I told them I will handle my dishes and clothes.They handle the rest.They sent 2 tired guys with just the truck.not blankets or anything to protect furniture.The guys started complaining about the stairs.I phoned to ask the consultant where are the blankets to protect my things.unbothered she said they forgot them.She demanded I must pay R700 more after loading.They too 2 strange boys from the streets and made them offload.my TV stand, coffee table,dining table and fridge were scratched. I complained they said insurance will cover.They have been ignoring me since that day.I took pictures of everything.

“Mixed feelings”
They responded well on time the following day after I’ve requested for a quote. Online communication was great, they arrived on time on the day of the move. Loading went well. Things started going off when they stopped to get refreshments without asking if it was fine with me. It started raining and guess what? The cover was underneath the furniture, my mattress and other furniture items got rained on!! I reported this to their office, the response I got was “ok”.. imagine. Not to mention they took the wrong off ramps even though the navigator was on. The truck needs an upgrade, it doesn’t drive smoothly and it was dirty inside.
