The movers were on time, which was great, and they worked fast, however some of our property got dirty as was not covered with blankets for example our white mattress got visibly dirty.

I commend the driver/team leader of the Royal Shift Logistics group. He was hardworking and clearly knew why he was there. The move itself was efficient and did not take long. However, I feel I paid far too much for the service provided. My expensive belongings were not handled with the level of care I expected, despite specifically requesting bubble wrap, which was not provided. Communication was also lacking. As the place became emptier, the tiredness/lack of effort from the team became increasingly evident. I was also not given the advertised 15% first-time-user discount. Overall, the service was efficient, but considering the price, I expected significantly better care and communication.

Complained a lot throughout the move. Not strong enough to carry items down 3 flights of stairs (was told before hand) which was the main cause of complaints. Damaged the door frame at the apartment since struggled to maneuver the bed frame out. Will go with another company next time.

I do not recommend royal logistics at all. I was very clear in my communications with the sales representative double confirming that I needed a 3 ton truck due to estate restrictions, I am on the third floor and needed hoisting services for our couch. They arrived with a 7 ton, were complaining about the stairs and then had the thinnest ropes that weren’t even long enough to try hoist our couch. The truck ended up having to park outside so all our stuff needed to get walked out and we put our foot down about our couch and had to arrange a second logistics company to hoist causing additional costs on our side. Overall added extra stress to an already stressful day, I would never use them again.

Awesome effiencient cient service, no regrets whatsoever. I'd recommend them anytime.

The whole experience was a fantastic one. The team was professional and very efficient. They were prepared, and did a stellar job in assisting my move. I underestimated just how much stuff I had, but they came prepared and were able to load almost everything from my 2 bedroom apartment in just one trip
