I was very happy with how they arrived on time and packed up very quickly (Less than two hours). However, it took them 50 minutes to travel 12 kms to offload my stuff. I think they stopped for breakfast along the way which is fair enough if they had told me that they would do so. As it was, I was left waiting for them when I had other urgent business to attend to and I still had to drive to Durban that day.
