“Great Move !”
Real Sovereign was great, the movers who did the actual move were friendly and helpful. However they miscalculated the size of truck and number of trips because of the size of the truck and costed me another trip. However they did the 2nd trip at a discounted rate. Great Service.
“Very Poor Service”
Very unhappy with the move, they did not bring sufficient bubble wrap, furniture was damaged in the move, they bought no tools to dismantle furniture (Alan keys are a must these days for any furniture), used my sellotape, bubble wrap and screw driver. No, never again will I use them.

The quote did not include supplying bubble wrap and sellotape. The moving team brought all the necessary tools such as Allen keys, screwdrivers, e.t.c in a tools box for disassembling and reassembling of the furniture. When the moving team arrived there, she had already bubble wrapped her furniture by herself. She told the moving team to not worry about the glass table that needed to be disassembled since she had already arranged with a professional to come and disassemble it and then move it. Hence, they left it. The beds that they disassembled, they used our tools and they did not use hers. She never told us that any furniture was damaged, and neither did the moving team see any furniture that was scratched or damaged after offloading it. We really don't understand what her frustration is all about.

They were very affordable but they arrived very late and our very expensive watch went missing and they took no accountability

She requested the moving quote on the same day she needed the move to be done, and she expected us to take 15 minutes to travel the distance of exactly 62 km from our address to her address. She said that the watch was in a big black plastic bag, and there were about 50 big black plastic bags. The moving team could not know that there was a watch in one of the big black plastic bags and take it. She would have suspected our moving team of taking the watch if it had been they who packed the stuff into big black plastic bags. Her house maid packed all the stuff into big black plastic bags by herself. Our moving team did not pack the stuff into big black plastic bags. The moving team is aware of our company policy that they are not allowed to open a client's boxes and bags. They carry the boxes and bags as they are without opening them. Since the stuff is mixed up after moving, we suggested she scour the entire house, and the watch could be there in the house.

“Our move with Real Sovereign”
The staff from Real Sovereign movers were quick and efficient. Although they arrived a little late, our move was surprisingly quick and the movers showed initiative in solving problems. Unfortunately, a small table was slightly damaged but otherwise everything arrived in good condition. We had to move our cat to the new home as well, and the staff were helpful in understanding and co-operating with ith us on this.

They said don’t worry we got you, they packed and wrapped everything for me. What a great team, I can’t express enough how thankful I am. They made my life very easy
