“Poor service”
The pickup notice was communicated within a short space of time
“Use Mega Shift Logistics at your peril!”
Lost (or stolen?): Feet of the TV feet that I've had to replace at a cost of R1200. Damage: 1) 3 ripped curtains, irreparable. 2) Deep gash in the side of the washing machine down to the metal. Pilfering: WiFi router and charger. Pen and push pencil 8 bars of Lux toilet soap. Several toilet rolls. Several toilet rolls Man named Freedom was last seen with TV feet in his hands. Freedom was also the person who supposedly packed the WiFi router and charger but said box was never found. Freedom used mý pen to mark boxes, then pocketed it together with the push pencil. Manager, Abel, had a bad attitude to my feedback and was unpleasant in the extreme. He denied all responsibility, in fact, in a WhatsApp he wrote: I don't know what you're up to. I can provide WhatsApps as evidence. I reported incidents to him on the Monday. He said he'd investigate and get back to me on the Tuesday. He didn't.

They did not come on the scheduled time but after seeing how they struggled to remove the corner table it's evident anything can happen on a move and it makes it unpredictable. They go the extra mile; friendly and effective.
