Worst moving company, they should not be operating. Worst experience of my life. 1st they were a day late full of excuses and didn't pick answer our calls 2nd they came with a smaller truck we then had to arrange a 2nd truck that only came a few days later. Only to get someone else's boxes and not all our stuff was moved again!! Our furniture, glasses and some antiques broken. We still waiting almost 4 weeks later to arrange for the 3rd load to be moved. Now they don't answer our calls and need to pay someone else again. DISGUSTING WORST COMPANY WITH NO ETHICS, PRIDE NOR PROFESSIONALISM. DO NOT USE THEM

How did you start your business?
The business was started after identifying a gap in professional relocation services. We started out with one van and 2 helpers a driver and a loader. The business has grown now into a fleet of 6 trucks all between 1,5 - 10 ton trucks. The staff compliment has also grown to around 20 employees. What has kept us in business even in these difficult times is focusing on quality. 8 out of 10 of our clients always come back to us, which has sustained us. We keep pushing to be the best removers in SA.

What makes us stand out is client focus. We at i-movesSA are well aware that no two moves are ever identical. For this reason when you decide to use our service no matter the size we put so many hours of research just to make sure we have you covered on every eventuality. Therefore you are guaranteed a tailor made hassle free move. We offer everything, free inventory inspection, packing services, packing material, unpacking,storage, space planning and everything in between
What is your top advice for your customers?
1. Get organised early 2. Have a moving strategy, 3. Choose the right moving company, ask for references and insist on insurance, (Sometimes cheap is very expensive) 4. Plan for pets, cars and other things that may need special attention on moving date 5. Get organised on the day of moving everything must be wrapped up and ready to go Protect your furniture against damage, bubble wrap boxes etc
