“Extremely Disappointing”
Extremely Disappointing Moving Experience I would give 0 stars if Google allowed it. Absolutely the most stressful and disappointing moving experience I have ever had. I chose this company because their pricing was competitive, but unfortunately, the cheaper price came with an unbelievable amount of stress, poor communication, broken promises and additional costs. Based on my experience, it feels like they focus on securing customers with attractive prices and then struggle to actually deliver the service they promised.

Used twice in one week...late both times .one and half hrs on 25/5 and one and quarter on 30/5 after being shifted on 29th from 8 to 11 and then 11 to 3 whuch i declined as we would have been unpacking up stairs in the dark.

The team at Megashift was amazing. The admin side was fat and effecient, processed all of the necessary paperwork within 24 hours. The team collecting were extremely polite and professional, they arrived on time, had everything bubble wrapped, plastic wrapped and in the truck within 2 hours. Even with delays on our side getting from DBN to JHB because of major traffic congestion, the team of guys were waiting patiently at the JHB site, they unpacked quickly and efficiently and we had not one thing missing or broken. Overall the experience was amazing, I would recommend Megashift to anybody moving.

Booked for 9am a 3tonne truck with 4 crew members, got a van and trailer with 3 crew members after 1pm. They are full of lies. And the staff blame each other for their poor service.
