The moving went well and they offer outstanding service

They were efficient however , even though I had paid for my couches to be wrapped they didn’t wrap them, and they were stained and they didn’t. There were 2 guys doing their best to load the furniture, but it obviously took them all day coz it’s just the two of them

Having stated that I was moving a fully furnished 4 bedroomed house with a study I expected them to send a bigger truck or trailer. Instead they sent a canopied van with a covered trailer. They ended up having to do two loads which were delivered late at night since they only had two guys who were packing the furniture. Some of my kitchen stuff and clothing also ended up being left behind as they ran out of space during the second delivery. On the bright side, the guys who were doing the relocation were friendly and did the best they could even on the second delivery, though you could tell they were tired. The lady at the office was also friendly and made sure they accommodated me at the last minute.

The guys arrived 15 minutes early, which was not a train smash. At first, I thought the goods were not going to fit in the vehicle because it appeared to be too small, but they did. Everything arrived in one piece; nothing broke or was missing.

16t truck for a 2bed flat sharing your space wigh another persons furniture. Arrive late with only 2 people to load. Not enough space in truck for my furniture so they forced the furnigure in and damaged many pieces of furniture. Truck stopped ennroute without diesel delaying everything. Delivery oly took place the next day and the travel distancexwas only 20km. Demanding full payment before everything was offloaded. Some pieces like shelves of cupboard and stove burners were never delivered. Owner defensive and evasive. DO NOT USE THEM

Very reliable and prompt service. Manager was polite as well. Excellent customer service.
