“Unreliable”
After sending an inventory, clearly telling we have a lot of furniture. They send a small van with a trailer. The van couldn't pull the trailer up the incline in the complex. Delivery was not done on the same day. Also they had to do 2 collections as their vehicle did not accommodate all the furniture.

Good day Ms S Naidoo Please note that the quotation provided was based on the inventory list initially submitted to us. Based on the information received, we allocated a suitable vehicle with sufficient capacity to accommodate all listed items. Upon arrival, we found that there were additional items not included in the original inventory. As a result, the volume exceeded the capacity of the vehicle allocated for the move, and it was therefore necessary to complete the relocation in two loads. We trust this clarifies the reason for the additional trip. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
“Household move.”
Started off slow and really came to the party. Under quoted and voluntary paid an extra 30%. Unbelievable staff and nothing was a problem. I shall definitely use them in the future. The staff deserve every accolade and worked late at night on two occasions.

The moving went well and they offer outstanding service
“Needs more hands”
They were efficient however , even though I had paid for my couches to be wrapped they didn’t wrap them, and they were stained and they didn’t. There were 2 guys doing their best to load the furniture, but it obviously took them all day coz it’s just the two of them
“Unishaun”
Having stated that I was moving a fully furnished 4 bedroomed house with a study I expected them to send a bigger truck or trailer. Instead they sent a canopied van with a covered trailer. They ended up having to do two loads which were delivered late at night since they only had two guys who were packing the furniture. Some of my kitchen stuff and clothing also ended up being left behind as they ran out of space during the second delivery. On the bright side, the guys who were doing the relocation were friendly and did the best they could even on the second delivery, though you could tell they were tired. The lady at the office was also friendly and made sure they accommodated me at the last minute.
“Seamless move”
The guys arrived 15 minutes early, which was not a train smash. At first, I thought the goods were not going to fit in the vehicle because it appeared to be too small, but they did. Everything arrived in one piece; nothing broke or was missing.
