How did you start your business?
Crispy Africa Holdings is a rebranding of 2 projects namely Mukupi-crispy-tours & Charters [get reviews on AFRICABZ.COM] , which made it to the top 10 best transportation services in Western Cape and Thuma Mina Logistics which did the removals within SA and beyond borders [ successfully completed task to Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe] These projects coexisted from 2017 until 2023, when we unified the two reputable efforts into one big force .
What makes your services standout?
We are driven by growth rather than turnover , thus we depend more on sales volume instead of high rates. We are a company that has less overheads which makes us comfortable to adjust our rates towards suiting clients affordability. Our 24/7 availability stands out as an immediate rescue to desperate situations. Our team has good coordination towards accomplishing a task and a zero tolerance on handling negligence.
What is your top advice for your customers?
For a successful move we advise clients to give our packers enough time on loading and offloading. Clients should feel free to communicate with us on how they want it to be handled, for communication is key to everything we do.
