My move was exceptionally effortless. About 4 companies responded to my inquiry amongst which EFI Removals was part. I dealt with the friendly lady called Kimmie. Her introduction to me of her company and what they could offer, won me over on the first call. She was very friendly and persuasive with excellent communication skills. EFI Removals quote came lower than the rest but overall, I resonated very well with them and their offering. Their ability to reach out and sell their business and continuous follow ups won me over. They offered to store my items for more than 1.5 wks at no charge till I arrived in Cape Town. On arrival I called Kimmie and she arraged the deliver within an hour of my call and the rest is history. All my items were delivered intact as were handed in. My move was exceptional because all my items were marked and labeled. Thanks EFI Removals for making my move stress free. They arrived late. They were rude . My things arrived and lots off items were missing . They didn’t care and their crew got rude with me when I questioned where my things were. Made a list of what they loaded but did not have it when they unloaded

One of the pieces of furniture arrived broken.I called the company and they said they would send someone to repair it.Now a week later I haven’t heard from them.

Communication has been good from the contact person Enock as well as the delivery guy but they ca still improve. I have a box outstanding, a 3kg cooker top gas cylinder, a box full of pots and 2pairs safety boots. I have been informed, the cylinder has been found but nothing about boots and pots. I does leave a bitter taste to what was supposed to be a seamless service.

From the beginning, they were the cheapest and friendly. Once I paid the deposit, the excuses came flying. They kept shifting my date twice. They used a open truck to do my move and All my furniture including TV got wet. I really regret using them

My experience was not great. Late in loading. Extremely late in delivery (a whole week late). Communication with EFI was poor during the extended move and even more so with the Driver of the truck.

From the first call for a quote, to the end of the move when the team drove off, I found the entire experience very pleasant. Moving is always stressful, but I can honestly say the team went out of their way for us. They were courteous, efficient and just downright fantastic!

Moving is truly one of the most stressful things to do in life. Despite some initial miscommunication, Efi Move made plans to assist and fix the situation for my move and it went as seamlessly as it could given the immense task of moving an entire cottage to another location…Proper tean ,communication was 100% will definitely use them again
