Die firma is die swakste waarmee ek nog te doen gekry het. Al my meubels was beskadig en vele andergoed is net weg. Ek het soos vereis n e-mail gestuur met fotos van al die skade. Die trok bestuurder en sy hele span is ingelig maar hulle het geweier om enige vrae te beantwoord. Ek het ook verskeie boodskappe en oproepe ter opvolg gedoen maar nie Kobus of David kon bereik word nie, of het terug gebel nie. Daar is ook oor die foon op my gevloek en vir my gese dit is my skuld en hulle doen net hulle werk. Hierna is my foon geblok. They started with a low quote and friendly service, but after sending my inventory list, the price nearly doubled. After some negotiation, they gave a small discount but then ignored my final list. Despite paying more than the deposit, my confirmed move date was suddenly delayed. David was dismissive, leaving me stranded with last-minute changes. On moving day, the truck arrived over five hours late, with the wrong inventory list, delaying departure further. Delivery was postponed multiple times, arriving two days late. I was then forced to pay 30% more or risk my belongings being taken back. Damages, spoiled food, and lost lodging costs made this a nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs!

Had some damage and two lost boxes. Two moves were done in one truck as we ended up with forrwign box as well. Company did not want to admit that property got confused and said i reported the damage too late. This was a week after the move was offloaded and aa we unpacked we found the damage and lost property. Do not use this company

Firstly, the indicated our move will be offloaded at 11h00. Lots of stories later it arrived at 22h30. One box of items missing and a broken chair. Now they are claiming.ing that missing box was never loaded , don't want to talk when we call, don't respond to emails etc. Avoid using this company.

My daughter recently moved to Cape Town, and we used Gauteng Removers. Once the furniture arrived, my husband sent an email to David advising him that one of the office chairs was damaged in the move. They responded stating that we could either have the chair fixed in Cape Town and that they would refund us, or alternatively that they would have the chair collected and fixed in Johannesburg. We proceeded and had the chair fixed, and sent through proof of payment and the invoice - Amount was R 1,100. From that day onwards, David has been avoiding my husband's calls. I have today also called him, and he is completely unprofessional and unethical. He is now saying that you need to advise them while the movers are still there that something is damaged or else they won't pay. Who unpacks while the movers are there?? Long story short, should there be a problem with your move, you will not see a cent of the insurance money they claim to have. Rather go with another company.

I’ve never trusted my gut feelings about an online purchase like I did with Gauteng Removers. They are professional, great listeners, patient and caring, always checking up on me. Delivery was on time, even waited for me coz the house wasn’t available. They are quick as they had to offload furniture from truck. I would recommend them any time.

Service was the best

Excellent service. Very professional driver named Bongi and his team. Will most certainly recommend their service. Dealt with David at their office whi was very helpful.
