“Don't. Just don't.”
They didn't wrap all the things we agreed on. I had to wrap certain things the night before they came to collect. After they collected everything I realized that they didn't pack certain cupboards. I had to make a plan to move all of the things contained in those cupboard to the Western Cape by myself. Right before delivery they charged me for extra things. They charged my for plastic wrap which I supplied. They charged me for 'extra care taken', whatever that means. These extra unjustified costs amounted to almost R3000. Then when I refused to pay this extra amount they basically held me at ransom by saying that they did not schedule delivery because of this outstanding amount (which turned out to be a lie). Then there was extremely poor (if not non existent) communication regarding the deliver time which caused a significant problem. Horrible company to deal with. The only positive thing I can say is that very few items were broken.

Worse service.Damaged appliances and goods. Some goods were not received. They subcontract to another removal company and will no longer answer my calls. I trusted them with my stuff and they blatantly disregarded the trust we placed in them.

How did you start your business?
We started African Furniture Removals in 2012 to fill the gap between the client and the service provider in order to give transport companies bulk to keep their wheels turning and to provide clients with top service at the lowest prices.
What makes your services standout?
The price...we provide a top quality service at a rate that is below the market. We do this by combining loads as well as getting our clients a back-load or return load. This way the transport company gets's a load for their empty running truck and the client gets a great service at half the going rate. Win-Win!
