“Exceptional service!!!”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot recommend this removals company enough! We used them to transport our household goods from Johannesburg to Cape Town, and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. Lance, the owner, was absolutely fantastic. What stood out for me the most was his communication. He was always available, kept me updated and was so transparent throughout the whole process. Moving your household across the country can be stressful, especially when you're worried about your belongings, but Lance gave me such peace of mind. He also worked within our budget and really went out of his way to accommodate us. And it wasn't just Lance, the guys who delivered our goods were just as amazing. They were friendly, professional, helpful and handled everything with care. Honestly, everyone we dealt with was wonderful. From the owner right through to the delivery team, the service was exceptional. You can really tell when a company genuinely cares about their customers.

I got SimplyDunn to move my furniture and my goodness it was such an efficient move. Lance was incredibly helpful, also very funny and communicates well - he’s realistic with his approach in terms of timelines and advising on the impossibility or possibility of meeting a specific delivery date … My move was delayed by a day or two and not due to anything within his control - it was simply a weather issue..I’m very happy with the service provided and I don’t think I could have possibly chosen a better moving company to assist me.
