We are not a broker so we do the work with our own vehicles and staff. “Not the best experience”
The move process started smoothly but unfortunately ended up as a bit of a rush as vehicle size was insufficient. We did invite Michael to do a final "survey" so as to ensure fit. He declined This caused a rushed and crammed packing process which led to plenty of damage to furniture. The insurance component did not cover breakages (only theft of truck or burning of same). He did however make a small payment as an apology for damages. I would use them again, but would definately demand better attention in the truck loading and unloading.

Once again we regret this misfortune and express for all who read this review that although 95% + of moves are carried out without incident all risk insurance is still recommended as some times things can go wrong. My furniture was delivered late in a dirty condition. Not recommended.

HI Alex Sorry for the negative experience you had with Legend Removals. I have just spoken to you on the phone to find out what happened as this is the first i read or hear about it. You informed me that the late delivery was cause we moved the delivery date to Wed afternoon and then only delivering on Thursday morning. These delays got communicated to you. This does happen on shared moved. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Then regarding the dirt you mentioned the dirt was finger smudge marks on a white cupboard that was offloaded at the tail end of the move and that you have cleaned already, Thank you for this. We do offer wrapping to prevent this type of thing, as you now see the staff carry your furniture and were we hold we can pic up dirt and this dirt transfers to other pieces of furniture. We offer wrapping for this, both your concerns are things we prewarn you about in the terms and the conditions. Michael Wendels Legend Removals.

How did you start your business?
I started in a different removal company over 10 years ago and after being the in partnership for 3 years i decided to go at it alone and have never looked back.
What makes your services standout?
To be honest my staff, they are really a great bunch of people
What is your top advice for your customers?
The most important thing is to specify everything you need moved and done on the day. The 2nd most important thing is to check for truck restrictions. The 3rd most important thing is the removal company you choose
