The service was great. The team was very help from the day of collection until the day my items arrived. They arrived on time for collection and drop-off and communicated throughout. Good Morning Connie Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Sorry we did not meet your expectations. Could I please ask what was the reason for the low customer service please. I would like to course correct and see what we did wrong? What cost us the 4 points. Communication on the delivery i understand was your one reason. My understanding was the booking was confirmed on the 10th, collection at 9am on the the 13th and delivery on the 15th around 1pm. we did discuss the morning of the 13th where the truck was and how long it would still be at the the client before coming to you. “Not so happy customer”
the staff was friendly, but i requested extra protection for certain items like a box for my flat screen and special protection for my fridge but only received bubble wrap. they wrapped my stove with blankets and still broke the knobs. i did whats app photo's and requested assistance but they only said that they are willing to pay a portion of the repairs, but their is no spairs for my model of stove so i need to replace it, but after i advice them no response but we will think about it.

HI Renatha It is so regrettable that knobs of a stove that was not protected or requested that it gets extra protective wrapping got damaged. No other damages, the fridge got bubblewrap and blanket and the rest gets blankets. Imagine if the stove got b/wrapped it would have been so much better so a R250 saving on for you excluded you from the insurance. We do offer insurance, we do offer insured wrapping, you did not choose it. No you want to but a new stove for R7000 because knobs broke. So in a move of over 90 pieces and over 1400km one item broke and it costs us 4.7 stars out of 10. Please accept our apology for this again, we did explain in the Whatsapp conversation about the wrapping and the insurance. Ill honor my side of the contract and refund you a portion but im afraid it wont change the situation except maybe make you more angry as you might like that portion of the refund. I started in a different removal company over 10 years ago and after being the in partnership for 3 years i decided to go at it alone and have never looked back.

To be honest my staff, they are really a great bunch of people
What is your top advice for your customers?
The most important thing is to specify everything you need moved and done on the day. The 2nd most important thing is to check for truck restrictions. The 3rd most important thing is the removal company you choose
