“Movers were great, Customer service lacking”
The movers on the day were great, friendly and helpful all our stuff arrived undamaged and the pricing was great. Only downside was that I provided all details regarding the move and received a quote which I was later told didn't include stairs and that they wouldn't move us if we didn't pay more but they neglected to provide a figure (it turned out to be R300 but the way they were fighting made it seem like the price would be in excess of R3k). Still happy with the move but customer service definitely could have been better

Good move. They took their time and carefully packed our furniture and boxes. We had no damage or scratches. Happy with the move.

The process was seamless and easy however my fragile goods were not handled with care, I have 2 broken plates and my washng machine drainage pipe is broken. I sent the pisctures to the owner and no response from him.

Tendai, the consultant, was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the process, which really put me at ease as it was my first time using a moving company. The delivery crew were just as impressive—patient, friendly, and very helpful, even when I was unprepared for their arrival. They took care to ensure everything was delivered safely and checked before I signed off. Overall, the service was excellent and offered great value for money. I would highly recommend MakerShift.
“Disappointing”
Megashift breached their contract by refusing to deliver to the address I was quoted on. Broke my tv stand and claimed it got broken I transit. I don’t recommend Megashift, this was the most stressful moving I’ve ever experienced.
