“Excellent Service Overall”
I had a great experience using MegaShift Logistics for my move from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. Tendai, the consultant, was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the process, which really put me at ease as it was my first time using a moving company. The delivery crew were just as impressive—patient, friendly, and very helpful, even when I was unprepared for their arrival. They took care to ensure everything was delivered safely and checked before I signed off. Overall, the service was excellent and offered great value for money. I would highly recommend MakerShift.
“Disappointing”
Megashift breached their contract by refusing to deliver to the address I was quoted on. Broke my tv stand and claimed it got broken I transit. I don’t recommend Megashift, this was the most stressful moving I’ve ever experienced.

An awesome service provided by Tendai from sales during the quotations and booking process. The guys who came to pick up the furniture were very helpful, they were on time and did wonders getting the furniture out. They picked up the stuff on 30 December 25 and on 3 January 26 they delivered all my furniture in the condition it was loaded in. I am still amazed by their service delivery.

The service I received from my first contact with Megashift until the last of my belongings was offloaded and packed into the storage unit was fantastic. Megashift will be my chosen transport company when I move to my new home and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Everything during the move was good but when I reported that certain things were damaged during the follow up call, everyone disappeared.
