Warning Please stay away for EFI removals. They are the worst company to entrust your belongings with. I moved from Ballito to Johannesburg and just by using this company and all their promises I have incurred the biggest lost of my life. Yes their quotation came in the lowest but lost thousands of rands in the process. A few of my boxes with extremly very valuable items went missing and instead I received other people's boxes. A few other things were also not delivered. They also broke so my TV unit and lost the doors. I have left so many messaged for the supervisor called Caleb to contact me and I'm just being ignored. It's was the worst moving experience ever. Please rather shop around BUT do not use this company. The loss that I incurred does not even come close to he amount I paid for this move and EFI removals can atleast have the decency to refund me to help make up for the enormous loss I suffered

They are quick, reliable, efficient and not expensive

The best service ever. The supervisor sacrificed her Sunday for my collection. They delivered on expected time with everything in order. Thank you EFI.

Lack of responses to our queries about the delivery date and the whereabouts of our stuff. Added additional charges/cost on the day of delivery (6 days later than the original delivery date specified in the quote). The worst experience ever.

The EFI team was professional and helpful. Items arrived undamaged and nothing was lost intrasit.

EFI is deceitful and lacks integrity. I was lied to about the date of the move. Paid for them to pack boxes - they arrived without boxes. My stuff was stored in someone’s garage. When I enquirer about it , I was given the run-around. If that wasn’t enough , they didn’t refund my deposit. Would NEVER recommend them.
